Sushi Big Mama is a premium gastronomic project by master Katya, offering homemade sushi and restaurant-level rolls. The main principle is uncompromising quality, honest large size, and a complete absence of assembly-line production. Unlike standard delivery services, the rolls here weigh significantly more, they are literally overloaded with fresh filling, and the cream cheese is prepared by the master by hand using a proprietary method. Key features and advantages: Maximum filling and a thick slice of fresh fish with a minimal amount of rice. Use of rare seafood delicacies and premium products: eel, octopus, king prawns, scallops, black tobiko, and the rare Umibudo seaweed (sea grapes). A wide range of prices and formats: from filling individual lunches for 70 shek. to exclusive giant sets weighing more than 6 kg for large celebrations. All sauces (teriyaki, soy), chopsticks, ginger, and wasabi are always included in the set price for free. Order conditions All dishes are prepared exclusively for individual advance order. The standard advance-order time for most items and sets is at least 24 hours. For the baked set, an express order in 2.5 hours is possible. Urgent calls and message processing are handled daily from 10:00 to 20:00 (orders for the current day are accepted until 16:00). Large romantic sets or holiday sets often come with a bonus bottle of wine as a gift (relevant for sets with wine and special holiday offers). Pick-up of ready orders is available by self-collection from the city of Rishon LeZion (Ramat Elyahu area).
