Hot main dishes: homemade stuffed cabbage rolls, dolma with meat and rice, stuffed peppers, pelmeni, beef roast, pilaf with pargit or with buckwheat, pargit with vegetables. First courses and salads: rich borscht with meat, vinaigrette, Olivier salad, baked peppers with garlic and dill, fried zucchini, eggplants with vegetables, and spicy adjika.
