I work in an integrative psychodynamic approach. I am interested not only in the problem itself, but also in how it is structured: why certain situations repeat, what internal conflicts stand behind them, and what solutions a person can find for themselves. Topics that people come to me for consultations with and we work through: This includes relationships with children, where it is difficult to handle adolescence, separation, conflicts, guilt, or anxiety about the child. And relationships with men, when the same scenarios repeat, resentments accumulate, and it becomes difficult to reach agreements or maintain closeness. Lately, the topic of relationships with aging parents, especially mothers, has been coming up more and more often. It is very hard when you have to care at the same time, withstand pressure, cope with a sense of duty, irritation, guilt, and your own fatigue. Another topic I consult on is the relationship with money. It often happens that a person has income, but there is no sense of stability. For women, it is typical to have difficulty asking for decent pay for their work, making decisions about spending, or constantly feeling anxiety about the future. Over the past few years, issues related to emigration have become a separate topic. The difficulty of moving is that not only the country of residence changes, but also the relationship with oneself, family, children, partners, and money. A phrase I heard back in 2003 that 60% of spouses do not withstand emigration and divorce was an eye-opener for me.
