Hello! My name is Lena Tovman, and I have been living in the world of massage for more than 15 years. I am a massage therapist, teacher, creator of original methods, and founder of the massage school "Wings of the Wind" in Haifa. In my space, people find health, balance, and inspiration. I love combining massage with aromatherapy, art therapy, sound therapy, and other practices for harmony of body and soul. What I do: Massage sessions: from deep relaxation to orthopedic. Training: I train beginner and practicing massage therapists, and also provide them with work. Original projects: I create unique programs (for example, "Biblical massage"), publish metaphorical cards and books, organize master classes, retreats, and events for the soul and body. In my work, I believe that touch is not just a technique, but a language that helps open the heart, hear yourself, and restore strength.
