Design Studio TG - apartment design and planning

Characteristics

Description

It is interesting to watch priorities change. Right now, many people are buying apartments in the south, and the most common request is not “pick me a nice sofa,” but “please look at the developer’s plan before we sign the shinu'i dirim (approval of construction plans).” And that is the right approach. On paper (tochnit mecher), an apartment often looks great, but when you start mentally living in it — carrying in grocery bags, cooking, opening cabinets — a lot of nuances come up. The outlet is in the wrong place, the door opens awkwardly, or useful square meters are lost in the hallway. Fixing all this after the renovation is done is a headache and extra expense. It is much easier and calmer to sit down once with an architect or designer over the drawings even BEFORE the builders pour the concrete. Just to make sure the layout will really be comfortable for living. If you are at the stage of buying an apartment or going through approval of the developer’s plans, let’s look together at whether everything suits you and what should be paid attention to first. Tired of looking at that “one” corner in the living room? We’ll fix it in 24 hours! Sometimes an apartment is great, but one thing really bothers you: it’s unclear which sofa to fit into that corner, how to redo a boring wall, or why the room is dark even though there are plenty of lamps. We decided to launch a “quick help” format. You do not need to order a design project or wait for us to visit. How it works: You send a photo of the problem area on WhatsApp. You describe what you do not like. Within a day you receive a ready analysis: 1-2 visualization options + links to where exactly in Israel to buy the furniture and decor from the подборка. Price: One angle (one area) - 450 ₪ Each next location - 300 ₪ This is faster than a trip to Ikea, and more accurate than neighbors’ advice. Shall we make your home cozy in one day? Write in private messages or directly on WhatsApp with the note “Разбор”, and let’s go!
