I combine in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology with more than 30 years of practice experience and more than 25 years of teaching experience. Class options: Yoga by the sea: outdoor practice to the healing sound of the waves for those whose body and mind ask for space and silence. Individual and group yoga: safe classes adapted to your needs.
