It’s a normal, quiet area, close to HaHagana, with convenient transportation and everything you need nearby. 🌴 We also have a huge roof that can be used. A great place to sit in the evening, drink coffee, smoke, and just relax from the city. The apartment has two options: 🔑 Separate room with air conditioning, locks with a key 💰 3,500 ₪ + bills split in half 🛋️ Pass-through room with a curtain + private balcony 💰 3,000 ₪ + bills split in half I am an Israeli citizen, so the contract and all apartment payments are оформлены on me.
